Some time ago I took a bottle cap and converted it into a shaving brush with a TGN 23 mm nylon synthetic knot. That information can be seen below. http://theshaveden.com/forums/threads/bottle-cap-brush-project.29850/#post-523118 It used one of the older TGN knots and it was looking a little run down compared to what the new TGN knots could offer. So I decided to replace the old style 23 mm with a new style 22 mm. Here is the revised bottle cap brush. The flair is smaller on this brush, not only making it more proportional with the handle, but also makes the knot more dense at the tips which improves overall performance.
Nice job again, Gary. I'm still trying to make up my mind about the TGN synthetic, I haven't used it enough.
