1. okay folks, my soap selection has just expanded (almost doubled) and yet I only have 2 aftershaves. Here's what I would like to see: I'll list my soaps, you all give me suggestions for new aftershaves to pair with them!!

    Here are the soaps:
    Razorock Don Marco (bergamot neroli)
    Razorock Mudder Focker
    HTGAM Irish Cream
    Razorock XXX
    RazorRock Classic (sweet almond)
    The Blades Grim Smolder

    My current aftershaves:
    Fine Platinum
    Fine American Blend

What new aftershaves would you pair with the above soaps? or would you pair either of my current AS with the soaps?

  3. You can't go wrong with Clubman. AV Ice Blue. Old Spice. And TSDS
  4. Crusella&co offer several scented alcohol based a/s's
    Brut
    bay rum
  5. Clubman, Aqua Velva Musk, Clubman Special Reserve are all classic scents that will pair with most soaps and creams, I've found.

  6. Aftershaves or colognes? I view the Fine products basically as colognes because they are just (excellently) scented alcohol. For me, an aftershave should disinfect, calm the skin, and moisturize. But, I know some people have more oily skin and/or hate the feeling of anything other than an alcohol splash. The Stirling splashes are inexpensive and have some skin nourishing ingredients like aloe. If you mean cologne, that is a whole other answer :)

  7. TSD AS Splash has really caught my attention since the cold weather set in. Very nice skinfeel with no dry tight feeling. Ingredients listed below. Dozens of scents available.

    Water, SDA40B, Propylene Glycol,
    Isopropyl alcohol, Witch Hazel, Glycerin,
    Aloe Vera, Allantoin, Potassium Sorbate
  8. I believe the Fine American would work with any of the soaps you have. Things like Clubman, AV, Skin Bracer, Lucky Tiger, Old Spice, Osage Rub and Brut are considered to be classic for their versatility.
