Very excited to try the Peruvian Agua de Florida. Hopefully it will bring me good juju.

 

My slim came home from being replated. It looks showroom new. I also received the blades I wanted to try.

Razor Emporium. Great service and results. They are pretty swamped right now and the turnaround was 6 weeks but they kept me informed by email through the whole process. I highly recommend them.

I was using it the other night and realized the scent makes me think of happy spring days. Yellow and cool and happy. Lol

I was very lucky to receive a slim adjustable from a fellow member. It has become my goto razor. My other razors have had to take a break. I miss my MMOC... But I'm getting real nice shaves.

I don't know if I ever will replace it. I kind of like the way it looks old school. But I do like the razors shiny haha

 

I don't buy a lot of safety razors, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity given by a member of the Portuguese forum, to acquire a NOS Mulcuto Schrägschnitt:








I used it today for the first time, and it proved itself a very effective yet reasonably mild slant. I generally enjoy slants, due to the higher blade rigidity and improved effectiveness, and this one was still a very pleasant surprise.

 

Does Peruvian Florida Water smell different/better than what we get in the States? Where does one acquire the Peruvian variety?

 

A bit of christmas has magic happened.

Yesterday i was talking to Omar about how I can't get my pre shave wash in Denmark anymore. Then this morning I went to the letterbox and were 3 bottles of the said pre shave wash that my mum had sent



So I tell Omar I want something and next day it turns up in my postbox it turns up in my postbox the next day hmmmm. ......

Omar have i told you that i really want a mongoose razor?

I picked up some Lab Series Cream today at Macy's. I didn't realize it wouldn't lather. I'll still give it a try, and I'm looking forward to trying the Lab Series Razor Burn Relief Ultra. Hope it works.

Is Omar the real Santa?

 

Before I started DE shaving I was using cartridges, but always trying to find high quality products rather than foam or gel out of a can. Lab Series was always one of my favorites, and I still have some. It has a numbing quality, but not like menthol. Quite unique. Good stuff for a non lathering cream. And their Razor Burn Relief is just awesome, I am out if it right now, but this will continue to be one of my top AS's.
