today's shave went ok. my lather was a touch light. blade felt a bit harsh. maybe because of the lather. I managed three passes, little tender in the chin area. finished with a spray of wh/tea tree oil, then iced brisk.(that sounds more like a glass of tea than a shave finish)
hope y'all did as well, or better.

 

Yesterday's shave with a closed comb new didn't feel as good as what I have been getting with either my long comb or slim adjustable. Last night I felt my face and the whiskers were definitely more pronounced than usual, so I went back to the slim adjustable this morning.

Another excellent shave. The Aristocrat Junior is a solid piece of work that gives me great shaves.

BdF Mistero today. 20 seconds: load & go with the ER brush. Quick, easy, great lather. I loaded a new Gillette Platinum in the NEW SC. Smooth, close, nick free shave. I finished with Country Club Sweet Water.

Excellent shave! Mike's Hungarian Lavender is not overwhelming, just right! Easy to lather, slickkkk, the skincare is out of this world! I finished off my shave with a another new product, TSD Shop Ying Yang aftershave Lavender and Lime
Go out and get it!

 

Told you (I think) that those Fat Boys were great!

 

And you were very right. I never expected it to be as different from the Slim though. Great to finally have one!

Very good shave. The Astra SS worked well in the Schick. Still surprised how mild this razor is, as mentioned before, for me, maybe too mild. Will see how it goes with different blade setups.

Fly out of Portland @ 9 this morning and it will be nice to sleep in my comfy bed tonight. Last night in bed I was reminded of Goldilocks. First two days the bed at my brother in laws David's house, bed to hard, next two days over at Robert's the bed was too soft and tonight it will be just right! Decided to go straight to work to save five hours of vacation time sometime next year in the spring or summer.
