today's shave hot water wash with nivea men's rubberset custom two band arko shave stick Gillette fatboy (d4)(7) persona lab(3) pinaud lilac vegital today's shave went well. have to do some plumbing work in the house. so I lathered up with a urinal puck. made three nice passes. finished up with some cat pee. I feel nice though. y'all let me know how church was, I'd rather be there.
So far, what's your opinion on the soap? Efficacy? Some dont care for the fougére scent & prefer the 'regular' or unscented— but I happen to really like it.
4 Jan 2015 Pre - Corn Huskers Soap - TABAC Brush - WD Silvertip 24/50 Razor - L3 Slim Adjustable (4) Blade - Personna 74 (1) AS - Old Spice A couple of firsts today. One, I broke open my Personna 74's for the first time. At the moment my goal is to only use this blade on Sunday's. Lets see how long this puppy lasts. Secondly, my very first BBS shave. Two passes with a touch up pass. So far this blade lives up to all the hype. Paired with the slim adjustable seems hard to beat.

Phoenix Artisan Chocolate Bourbon soap Plisson synthetic brush RazoRock Stealth Slant razor Feather blade Pre de Provence No. 63 balm The smell of this soap is as incredible as I remembered. I had the Synergy 1.5 version of this soap, which contained palm oil. Palm oil makes my skin turn red and produces a burning sensation. Well, this new formulation no longer contains palm oil and I am happy to say that it caused no irritation. Not only that, but the performance of this formulation is better too. Glad to have Chocolate Bourbon back in the rotation. The rest of these products are all top performers as well. I now only have 2 brushes and 2 razors in my rotation.

Single Edge Sunday... I'm starting to get the hang of the SE razor, and I really like the audio feedback. I completed all 3 passes without irritation, and had super smooth results. This was my first shave with Soap Commander Vision, and I was impressed with the performance. It took me a couple tries to get the water ratio correct, but once I dialed it in, it was really good lather. I think this soap will pair really nicely with cool water. The container is a monster, so it does feel like a good bang for your buck type soap. I would recommend it to those who suffer from SAD...like me
