Hey gents As the title say, what's your best unscented shaving cream? I know, I know, it's subjective and YMMV =P but I would like some suggestions. I don't know why though because I am on a no buy period. Maybe I wanna make it a challenge haha! I wanna own a really really good unscented cream to use as a booster kind of. I love the performance of my Nivea shave cream, but it's scented.
I keep a tube of unscented Kiss My Face in the cabinet to boost Woods of Windsor shave soap. The soap makes a barely tolerable lather but I really like the scent. The KMF boosts the lather without killing the scent of the WoW. Also use the KMF unscented on those rare occasions I get too much water. Doesn't happen often, thankfully, and adding the KMF makes it so I don't have to toss the lather and start over.
That's exactly how I wanna use the cream, I do have good products but sometimes Halfway I see The lather needs some help. Kerry, I still have the Craftsman unscented soap. It's really good. But I want a cream because it's easier to add to a lather =)
That's my feeling, unscented lather, it's like brushing my teeth with water hahahaha shouldn't be done =P
Those are excellent suggestions =) a little pricey. But Incan get them both in Sweden. I might get them if I can't get a hold of the Kiss my face shaving cream. =)
Found kiss my face from Ireland reasonably priced with free shipping. But as I said I'm on a no buy period =) I'll just use my soap as a booster IF needed. This is a more a just in case thing
This is also available in Sweden. Pretty cheap also. Some part of me thinks it can't be good because of the price =P
If it's not too pricey for your range I highly recommend Art Of Shaving Unscented. They are the kings and queens of price gouging, but they deliver a mighty fine product.
I just tried AOS Unscented oil, cream and balm and I'm having to hold myself back from buying it. Best shave I've ever had an absolutely no irritation which I normally have issues with.
