My Mike's Hungarian Lavender finally showed up. It was in the forwarding system, and thankfully not returned. I really like this type of earthy and spicy Lavender type scent. It kind of reminds me of B&M cheshire. I already shaved, but decided to do a quick lather test. I used the Plisson, and generated a superb face pillow. This stuff really stands out with regards to post shave feel. Really smooth. This one is a keeper for me...
Thought I was done getting shaving stuff today but I found this on clearance at Walgreens and couldn't say no.
I have snakebite, platinum, clean Vetiver and American blend in the full size bottles. So the other two will be neat to try. I'll refill these bottles as my cabinet is full. I also ordered some clear spay bottles to fill with aftershave, space saver mode.
I was so close to ordering that Fine sample pack from Maggard's today. May have to be on its way tomorrow.

My Country Club Southern Oud Aftershave arrived today! Along with a sample of Yacht Club Shaving Soap.
I really like the southern oud aftershave. It smells better once it settles down and fades just a bit. I got thumbs up from SWMBO, who is a tough critic.
Great haul today....NOT! The Wilkinson Sticky razor I was really, really looking forward to arrived today...but it didn't... Inside the package was a COMPLETELY different item (not even a razor). I checked the sellers history and true enough he had sold THIS item to someone else in the past week so I assume that my razor is now with someone else and I got some junk I could care less about. Ugh....not eBays fault..just a very unorganized seller.....Darn it....
My half of the new CRSW select Paradise arrived today, and I tell you what... For me, there is nothing better than when a soap scent instantly pairs with a good memory. I was transported back to South Padre Island, and all of those good times on the beach. This stuff smells great. I did a quick lather test, and it's a home run. If your a beach bumb at heart (like myself), it needs to be on your shelf. I also received my Mickey Lee "Pantie Dropper" soap courtesy of the recent Maggard sale, and this one is a very mild scent. I picked up very little scent from the tub, and after a lather test I was upset, because the stuff is really good performance wise. So I sent a nice email to Eric, and he was was such a great guy about it all. He offered to swap the soap out for a new scent that is going to be released tomorrow, and I told him to sign me up for the second new scent as well. Great customer service, and I look forward to the new scents, so that I can do an honest review. So my "Haul", turned into "waiting to arrive" in the same day...lol.
