Very similar shave - and gear - as yesterday. Can't believe I used the same razor two days in a row. What's up with that? As mild as this razor is....I just really like the look of it and even though it's mild it does give a very decent shave. Razor: Personna Injector Blade: Schick Brush: L'Occitane Plisson Soap: Stirling's Lemongrass & Cajeput 1.0 A/S: Provence Sante
I'm with you, Mark. I switched from electric to DE, and I don't miss that old Braun a bit. I DO look forward to shaving now!

SOTD: Muhle R89 twist VDH Badger Derby extra Shaver Heaven Honey Ale After a long week of work I was able to get a relaxing shower and shave, it really does make you feel great afterwards. Thank you Anthony Macri your soap was wonderful. Honestly when I first opened the container the sent hits you with a strong powerful scent. While shaving though it mellows a bit with each lather then settles to a nice sent afterwards. The slickness never failed, I must say with this soap it was all that Anthony Esposito, and Ray Ray Pope say it is incredible!
Felt so good yesterday, I decided to run it back again. I must tell you, it was another Stirling bbs shave. Better than yesterday. Still working on getting the lather I like but I like it. I like it alot! Stirling is my new adjective for a great shave!

I must be REALLY tired right now. I looked at this pic and thought, "Why would he need two brushes for one shave?"

February 6 (day 6) Stirling Sheep Soap Feather Artist Club razor Feather Professional blade (day 5) Two-band silvertip Art of Shaving Sandalwood cream One pass plus touch-ups Alum, Thayer's Lavender witch hazel, & unrefined shea butter My February goal is a close and comfortable two- or three-pass shave with this set up. Today's shave was nice and comfortable, as I took my time and basically stopped after one pass. With five days on this blade, I think it is time for a new one. I hope everyone has a blessed day.
