What are you waiting on to arrive...?

I don't know about the one's Kerry is buying as I haven't seen them, but the one's I bought locally are perfect for what my purpose and you can spot them on my SOTD pics such as todays as they are the little bottles in the pics.

 

I always thought they were like "cream" dispensers

 

Waiting on a shipment of Stirling Soap samples and an Ikon 102 Slant. Should all be here in 2 - 3 days. 2 - 3 very long days....!

 

eBay for $2.65 from China. My wife also bought me 2 0z spray bottles at Walmart for .99 each, much better quality.

 

Thanks for the information. My local Walmart smallest size is 4 oz and I find the only other option I have is to buy a travel size bottle of hand lotion in 2oz size and discard the hand lotion.

Woohoo now I have something coming to me in the mail.

I just got the email that Chris has finished cleaning up and plating my Gillette New Deluxe and New Improved heads. They should be in the mail sometime tomorrow and back to me within a few days.

 

That sounds exciting! I just won a PIF the other day that contains a Gillette Super Speed. I never used one so I hope I like it and if I do, I might get it redone to look new!

 

Ordered jars for shave soaps and amber & blue bottles for my homemade Aftershaves and to store my Essential oils but they are high quality items but their shipping rates are high.

We have another walmart other side of Boise so I may have to make the drive one day to see what they have.

 

Finally found an Apollo razor
The drawback was that it was in a lot with two other razors - that I quite honestly don't know much about...

In the lot are;
- The Apollo made in France,
- A Personna DE made in England, and
- Some semi-bakelite-thing DE:



Will be great fun to check out the Apollo - even though it uses proprietary, long gone blades.

Got word that the good Capt. mailed off the Ranger and Senator today. No doubt they will be in like new working condition. He also overclocked and repaired a beat up Slim. Setting 9 should be about the same as a maxed out Futur. Here come some bleeders ! Fast forward me to Friday please...

 

Three most excellent razors

 

I got this one coming but not sure why! I guess it looked cool and everyone seems to like the oldies! LOL

It is a 1962 Slim.

 

If you haven't tried a vintage, Gillette adjustable yet you're in for a treat

 

How are the Gillette Super Speeds? I won a PIF that includes one! It does look like it will need a nice clean up though but I wont know for sure til about a week.

 

Expensive? Haha

 

Buy 2x2oz hand lotion and one 4oz empty, transfer the cream to the bigger bottle. This way you get to keep the cream hahaha =P
