2015-03-06 09.44.16.jpg 2015-03-06 09.44.00.jpg Tuckmar 9/16 ebay purchase $39 minus a $10 refund. It was described as mint never honed but it had been and was not mint. It really is cleaning up nicely however but I still have some polishing to do. Honed it up and it did not shave well, re honed it and bingo it now shaves very well

Nice shave. I dropped the razor while taking the pic and cracked the scales. Better the scales than the blade. You can always replace scales. Have a good one.

Lou, it is a sweet shaver! One feature it has that I do appreciate is the slightly-rounded square point (not a true spike point) as shown in the last illustration here. I've been bitten by enough shape spikes that I appreciate the ease of using this tip for tight spaces without the potential gouging I've experienced too many times prior with spike-tipped razors.

I know the feeling. I have a bunch of spikes and have muted the point on a couple

Nice shave. Love the scent of the Dolomiti. Dolomiti is a pretty good soap but I do need to use a balm post shave.

Very smooth...about what I'd expect from those Bresnick/Bresduck blades. Before I used it I ran the edge over the Apaches (red & grey Strata) to help increase the 'stickiness' on the thumb pad test. Followed by linen/leather stropping. No tugging, no pulling....a quality shave!

As far as I'm concern this razor is a POS. I don't think I've ever spent more time messing with an edge and got the less results.
This actually starting rusting during the sharpening process. Nice scales though, lol. By nature, I'm an Indian it's not the arrow type of guy but I will waste no more time one this one. Have a good one.
