Menthol Monday: Neutrogena Men Facial Wash Large Horsehair Barbershop Super Speed/new Sharp Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill SS Gold Bond Moisturizer Stirling Glacial Wintergreen WH Givenchy Gentleman EdT Since I didn't use anything mentholated today I'm going to really make up for it for tomorrow morning. The Neutrogena facial wash is plenty cold and it leaves my skin feeling squeaky-clean. The Glacial Lemon Chill soap smells so great - it's a perfect balance of fresh lemon and intense menthol, and that freezing sensation is so potent that it feels like an ice-cold water rinse. The Gold Bond moisturizer keeps that chill going very nicely, and the Glacial Wintergreen witch hazel brings the word frigid to a whole new level.

It produced a nice lather for me today. I will load the brush a little more tomorrow, and it should be even better. This might be the perfect shaving set up for me. We're now hitting the 60s and 70s during the day in my neck of the woods. I love this time of year. I hope you all enjoy some nice weather this week.
Monday's Dove Men Face Wash TOBS Lavender Jayaruh WC1 Silver Tip GEM MMBT GEM Super Stainless CWR, Asma Alum Block Thayers Rose Petal WH Aqua Velva The TOBS Lavender Shaving Cream face-lathered well with my Jayaruh WC1 Silver Tip Brush. Two passes with my GEM MMBT SE razor and a GEM Super Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Aqua Velva after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Yesterday's shave was a tough act to follow, 2 passes XTG and ATG came close to yesterday's results at the cost of a bit of irritation. The Frozen Tundra was COLD! Not sure what to make of the scent.

I've been using the old standby, Old Spice, that I've been using for around 35 years. I still like it and so does she.

03/16/15 Prep – MR GLO Razor – Gillette New Long Comb Blade – Persona Lab Blue (3) Brush – RV with Shavemac Finest Lather – MdC Post - Witch Hazel, Dove AS Balm and CC Bay Rum AS Great 3 pass shave this morning finished up with the Dove AS Balm and Captain's Choice Bay Rum. My friend gave me some Gillette 7 o'clock yellows to try so I think I will load one up and give it a try for the next several shaves.
3/16/2015 Menthol Monday!! Woo Hoo!! Prep: Hot shower with Nivea Face Wash with menthol, home made PSO Razor: Stahly Live Blade, H. Boker Master Razor straight razor Blade: Pol Silver Super Iridium (3) Brush: Turkish #6 Soap: Arko Men - Ice Mint After: Home made ASB, Osage Rub after shave Cologne: Aqua H2O It is Menthol Monday!! The #6 brush easily whipped up the Ice Mint cream into a nice and thick lather. The Stahly and the Boker knocked down the stubble with ease. The Osage Rub brought the arctic chill and Aqua H2O has me smelling like a spring day in a citrus orchard. All in all it was a 2 pass Darn Fine Shave this morning. Have a blessed day!

I tried a pass with the new straight. much heavier, less feedback. two more passes with my, new to me, executive. made a very nice shave for my sunburned face. finished with iced atomized Florida water. hope y'all did as well, or better.
