Received a Rapira razor blade PIF kindly set up by @Mr. Shaverman It will help me in outlasting any 'calypse coming our way - be it avian, zombie or hipster-based.
Received two razors today; 1) "Meehan" razor made in Germany I don't know much about razor yet but bought it because I rather liked the look of the handle. It's smaller than I thought it would be - but I really like the look and feel of it. 2) King Oscillator razor If I have read up on it correctly I should be able to use a modern blade in it but in order to get the oscillating effect I'd need a NOS/modded blade. Very interesting design. The two 'wheels' ontop of the razor rolls against your face as you shave.
Thanks it has a neat handle. Haha, I didn't see the CT myself until now that you mentioned it so I'm assuming yesterday or today maybe.
Either that or the cookie monster image I posted in the "What TSD means to me thread" - or a combination of the two
Received a partial shipment (why im not a fan of Amazon) today. The Groom AS, listed as vetiver lime scent and a test revealed it to be quite complex, definitely something I want to try again right away. The other has a great citrus scent that im sure to enjoy.
Forgot to mention, I received a PIF sample razor pack from Jayaruh yesterday and tried one today (Lord). Thanks again to Jim for the kind gesture, thanks to me for being unlucky enough to come in last place in the draw.
I get along with all of them the swedish are probably the best to me but I've really been using the sputniks and they are really smooth for me
