Brion! Yet another of the ex-Yugoslavian Pitralon copies. This one smells like the Johnsons baby shampoo to me. The performance is great.
Last night I disregarded my no buy until July for a nice deal. 1 stunning stainless steel Weber razor =P I payed 400 swedish kronor which equals about 45$ and it was free shipping. I feel like I did pretty good and it was worth an exception. I have always wanted a stainless steel razor. The seller has had this razor for 1 year and stated that he has used it about 5 times only! =) PS: Check out my tabs. I'm writing my bachelor thesis about Auditing and Auditfirm rotation which is due to be implemented in EU in June 2016
Any suggestions as to how to remove the paint from the inside of the handle. I was thinking of changing the color of the one I have.
I found these two Dremel tools to work the best and leave it without gouges. The left ones are a Brillo pad (they wear down easy though) and the other is a wire wheel. I ran the dremel on a medium speed and just enough pressure so as not to melt plastic. It won't polish smooth but will leave a nice "scuff" that will disappear when the color is applied.
Also, do not use the dremel and sand paper drums.... It will get away from you too fast, gouge and melt, and not be good.
Showed up this morning, USPS delivery from Japan… a vintage Henckel Friodur 13/16 Square-Point. Needs a little cleaning, but it's purdy!
J.A. Henckels — the renowned knife-maker, founded 1731, Solingen, Germany. SR = straight razor, although it does have a single edge (SE). The seller from whom I purchased was in Japan.
