I've finally learned that 2 passes is enough, pretty much every day. Both passes are from the top of my face to the bottom of my whiskers on my neck.
Yup. I've been a 2 pass with minimal touch up since day one. WTG/XTG for me and touch up is whichever way I see fit.
I learned that if I don't put my soap away my youngest daughter will wash it for me by placing and submerging, the whole tub of soap in a sink full of water.
I recently went from 3 passes to 2. It's all I ever really needed. I was just trying to use all the sopa left over in my brush.
I learned that the Mongoose with the Feather Super blades is more aggressive than the regular Feather blades. It'll bite for sure.
Gentlemen, from my last shave... I learned that some skin stretching improves the quality of am injector shave.
From todays shave, I learned the vintage Gibbs razor is quite aggressive even set on N for nuetral. I turned it down to 1 for a great 3 pass shave.
It's just a shave. I don't need to spend a ton of time trying to get every little whisker down to fresh meat. Sometimes good enough is good enough.
Think "beard reduction" on your first pass. Then use later passes to smooth the skin! You're doing great!
I learned that the open comb on the iKon Shavecraft 101 is absolutely a waste of space. The OC is overly mild, I've used iKon other OCC and had much better results.
