FWIW, while I don't have any of the H-series Kents, I wouldn't be surprised if you found the H8 to be very similar to the B&B. My BK8 is about the same size as the B&B, but it's more densely filled and, I think, a much nicer brush. From what DrP said about his H12, I'd bet that the H8 is a B&B Finest with a tortoise socket.
