    Fridays shave.
First shave with the new to me milord razor. I love the look of these even though they look just like a gold super speed.
It is quite an aggressive razor. At some points I moved using it today. Others not so much. I will have to try it with different blades and give it some time to get use too. Still got a good close shave today.

    FRIDAY
Final day (Day#7) of 30-Day Focus with this particular razor
After nearly a week of consecutive shaves with this ONE straight razor, I can officially state that Böker made a fine razor—even if this one is at least 80 years old. ;)
Now I do have a soft spot for this one because it was my first SR—the one I learned to shave with—but it remains a smooth, efficient performer. A definite keeper that is always a joy to use.
The Böker is a tough act to follow, but I'll begin tomorrow with another SR to be used for the next 7 days.

    Have a blessed Friday all!

    Mikey likey the TSD stick?
I'm a real fan of them: great lather with a real nice menthol chill (I ordered a stack of them, all 'iced'). EZ to use, too!

    Brush: Omega 6214 silvertip
    Razor: Gillette New SC
    Blade: Rapira Lux (2)

Tried face lathering with the silver tip and it didn't work as well as I might have expected. Ended up going to the bowl prior to the second pass and then it was fine. Face lather was a little thin.

    Frey's Day:

Prep: Hot shower, Neutrogena Invigorating Face wash, TSD Jasmine Sambac preshave balm
    Brush: Simpson 56 Best Badger
    Soap: RazoRock One-X croap
    Razor: RazoRock Bamboozled RAKE OC
    Blade: Bic (2)
    Passes: WTG, XTG, ATG (4, 5, 6)
Post: Cold water splash, Bloc Osma alum, Dickinson's WH, RazoRock One-X AS splash
Cologne: Le 3e Homme de Caron by Caron

Why is Jasman posting so late? There was a wasp. I managed to avoid the temptation to burn the house down to get it. As to the shave itself: The croap was fantastic, the blade better today than yesterday, and 3 passes were very comfortable, smooth, and BBS close. Great setup for great results.

great shave today. this was number 5 shave with this blade and it was starting to get a bit rough. this was the first time I have used shea butter as an aftershave and it seems to work quite well. I spent like $8 on a big container of it and at this rate it will last a lifetime as you only need a little bit. the soap was awesome! I just picked this up recently and I was quite impressed with the scent and performance. the homemade aftershave earned a spot in my rotation. not BBS but a pretty decent shave today.

    Shave of the day

Pre- Hot shower, Bulldog Original face wash, sandalwood bar soap

Soap/cream- TIKI Set sail shaving soap

    Brush- Plisson synthetic

Razor- Weber polished head all stainless steel

    Blade- Astra SP

Post- Cold water rinse, Homemade aftershave lotion, Speick aftershave lotion and Nivea sensitive aftershave balm with 1 drop of M-Bomb

Hmm.. I was VERY VERY exited about the TIKI soap because I live in sweden and haven’t had the chance to try it yet. It was a good performer, but I got a warming/burning sensation from it. I didn’t get red, but I sure felt it. what could that be? it wasn't unbearable, I might try and dilute it with something unscented, maybe its the essential oils. It smells nice, very different scent

Finished off with my own aftershave and Speick, 2 rounds, I did not mix them together =P it felt nice, they both have a hint of menthol but using them after each other enhanced that effect which was nice =D then to finish off with some moisture, I added nivea and while I was at it I used some M-bomb too.

This M-bomb should be in EVERYONES den
