    Prep: Hot shower, Neutrogena Invigorating Face Wash, TSD Jasmine Sambac preshave balm
    Brush: Simpson 56 Best Badger
    Soap: Stirling Bay Rum soap
    Razor: RazoRock Bamboozled RAKE OC
    Blade: Bic (4)
    Passes: WTG, XTG (9, 10)
    Post: Cold water splash, Bloc Osma alum, Dickinson's WH, Captain's Choice Cat o' Nine Tails AS splash
    Cologne: Gigember Estragone by Dr. Vranjes

    Voice is 80% back today, so I may be at my normal by the weekend. After a couple of good weeks of success with the Stirling, it puzzled me again today; I loaded it half again as much, as I find it requires (60 swirls rather than 40), I bowl-lathered it rather than face-lathered, yet the lather still was thinning by the second pass. It's frustrating, given how many other folks seem to get such copious, stable lather from the stuff. Ah, well. More for them when I go to reorder. Two passes only, due to some 'medicine head' fogginess, with minor touchups and DFS+ results free of nicks or weepers.

    Wow, that batch of Cryogen sounds like it was a real flop. One thing I'll say is that my new Spearmint and Obsidian Glacials are almost borderline-painfully cold. I never expected this type of a freeze from them!

    I was never really a bowl latherer with any soap or cream. I find that Rod's soaps lather better face-lathering. :)

    Razor: Cadet OC
    Blade: Gillette Rubie
    Post: Witch Hazel, Nivea Sensitive Balm
    Scent: Tommy Bahama Very Cool

    Same as yesterday except it was a quick 1 pass XTG. Was dragging this morning and got up a little late.

    Prep: Hot shower with Neutrogena Face Wash with menthol, home made PSO
    Razor: Schick Eversharp, Dubl Duck Goldedge straight razor
    Blade: Personna (6)
    Brush: Vie Long Horse Hair
    Soap: WSP - Black Amber Vanille
    After: Home made ASB, Nivea after shave balm
    Cologne: Aqua H2O

    Beautiful weather on this Thursday. The Black Amber Vanille was whipped up nicely by the Vie Long brush. The lather was thick and slick. The Duck and the Schick did their jobs well. The Nivea gave the needed moisture and the Aqua H2O will have me smelling good all day.

    The quality of the soap is really good, nice post shave skincare. Ill definitely buy another offering from Chiseled Face.
