    Prep: Hot Shower-Stirling Bath Soap-Scots Pine Sheep
    Soap: Country Club-La Habana
    Razor: Gillette Red Tip Super Speed
    Blade: Gillette 70’s “Spoiler” Super Stainless (4)
    Brush: oscar11 2-Band Finest-24mmx50mm
    Aftershave: Fine Platinum

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    Country Club La Habana today. 20 seconds to load the oscar11 badger. Great, easy, thick, lather. The Red Tip Super Speed with a “Spoiler” SS. Great smooth, close, shave. I finished with Fine Platinum.

    today I started out wanting a straight only shave. my face didn't quite agree. I began a new soap puck. the remnants of the nana June's were tiny, so I just dropped the Pyrate' cove right on top. the new soap made nice lather, but my whipped dog had a little wet dog going on.
    two passes with the emperor left me ok, but not well shaved. I gave up,( for today). two more passes with the slim made me happy. very close, kissable close. I finished with iced virgin island. then went and made out with the wife in the kitchen, hence kissable close.
    hope y'all did as well, or better.

    I believe the Stirling product line is, for me, as good as it can get. Another smooth effortless and irritation free shave. The post-shave feel of the soap and aftershave combined is marvelous.

    I haven't used this brush enough to get the stink out of it, pretty nice knot though. Excellent leisurely Saturday morning shave. Have a good one.

    •Big Ben blade
    •old Palmolive bar soap
    •slathered on by hand
    •while in the tub

    BBS. Followed up a few hours later with old Shulton "Sensitive" O.S. Really nice stuff.

    Croap: Proraso Red
    Post: HBG Sandalwood

    I'd been saving up shaves to be able to use the new Proraso Red Preshave properly. It paid off with a nice sandalwoody shave. Wish they had a Red balm to finish it off though!
