Graduation presents from Ginger's Garden for some friends of mine.

 

It's a pretty short list:

1) One phone tripod from HK so that I can take better razor photos/videos
2) Four vintage, SE wedge blades out being honed/polished,
3) One Rubberset-400 brush re-knotted and very, very shiny (should arrive tomorrow)
4) One Roger SE hoe Razor from France
5) One Clauss Fremont SE hoe razor
6) One Wolfrazor with combo/dual head.

C'est tout.

 

Wow! That is an impressive short list.

 

Bought a couple of brushes for myself and one for a friend who turns 60 in one month and I think he deserves something better than the tweezerman boar he has been using last two years.

For me, I bought a SOC 2 band in Cherry Wood and toying with the idea of pulling the knot and placing in the Bethlehem Olive Wood handle from the group buy. I also purchased a Vie-Long 75th Anniversary Limited Edition Two Band Shaving Brush which came with a choice of a Mondial Shaving soap or Cream and I went with the Zagara scent and also another freebie which I chose Mazorin Aftershave Balm.



For my buddy I picked up a Cherry handle SOC Boar. A major improvement over the tweezerman boar he currently uses.

I had to do double take when I saw you purchased a Romera Manchurian knot. When I ordered my Rustic Chubby from him back in January I had inquired about buying a knot separate and he said he was not setup for that but once I saw your order, I just couldn't do without and went back to his site and ordered me a 26mm Manchurian and will place either in the Bethlehem Olive Wood handle or even the D55 that I will be using for tomorrow shave and drop that knot into the Olive Wood handle. Thanks for the indirect heads up! Also a Shavemac knot, two high quality knots. What handles are they going into?

Fantastic list. Received my Triad Helix Stainless yesterday. I sort of wish I had waited since he opened up to taking orders. Looking forward to seeing these items in your SOTD photos.

 

I placed a small order from Fendrihan's and it was shipped already - should get it early next week, perhaps even Monday with some good luck.

It is nice stuff. Smells, lathers, and freezes great with wonderful skincare. It's a top favourite cream of mine and I need it in my rotation at all times.

 

A bike bag, padded bike shorts and gloves. I'm more than set for shaving supplies.

 

I accidentally got a Bostonian today. Like really. Accidentally!!!

So I saw it. Pushed the bid button. Now, this razor with the case and blade bank usually goes for a little. I mean, peeps out there have bidding wars in the last few seconds over it! So didn't think another thing about it after bidding the minimum.

Checked my email today and there it was, I got a Bostonian. It was an Accident. Y'all see that right? That's not supposed to happen. Your supposed to fight for a Bostonian!! An Accident!!!
