Remember, Rich...... I don't pay retail !! I've been looking for awhile now and the deal I got on these......it was a "Godfather" thang Dont worry, still plenty in the shavery piggy bank.
This week has been another slippery slope for me. I've purchased; a tub of Castle Forbes Lime Oil, 4 straights off of ebay, a new Tony Miller Strop, 4 tubes of Wars (I love this stuff), 10 tubs of Coates, 6 tubes of Coates, 6 pucks of MWF, a Garmin GPS, and I bought a 5iver of Montecristo Media Noche's. Hmmm...I wonder how I'm going to pay for college this summer.
Got one harris lavender shave stick and one Taylors St James shave stick in the mail today. Also got some cologne samples I've been wanting to try and a sample of Olivia Myrrh shaving cream. Loved the scent of the olivia cream, but had a heckuva time getting the lather right this morning.
Today a big load of Jeans and some shirts and a new coath . Also with that order a new WaterBoiler.. enough is enough for almost 2 years starting the waterboiler with a little screwdriver messing around gets to you ! In the end I could only short circuit the thing. I needed a good one that retains hot water for a long time so saves energy but also when its freaking hot the out side is still cold to the touch.. Designed by Porche..
Nope. Too much bounce I've used "player's" clubs (re: forged Blades) for many years and my last set of irons are perimeter weighted Clevelands (8-9 years old) but these things....... WOW. had em out at the range the last cuppa days and these things rock. Technology is definitely a good thing for us hacks I'm at least 1/2 to 1 club longer with these and the 3 & 4 hybrids are 15-20 yards longer than my old 3 & 4 irons. Course.....the graphite shafts might have a bit to do with this as well. But, back to the thread........... I've got a custom brush on the way. Details to follow.
Got some T&H shave creams (use GREEN for 15% off at T&H) and a gnarly little slant and some soap from Lee There will be some shaving tonight!
Hi Vesa, The 2 tubs I have are a medium shade of pastel green as well, not yellow at all....strange I seem to remember some reports of quality control problems around that time...but, I thought it was more a consistency issue...thin cream? Neale
Ukann, you're going to love that De Vergulde Hand soap--it's just awesome stuff, and does it ever smell beautiful! The Anherb a/shave is so cooling and soothing. If you have a chance, check out the reviews I wrote on both these things.
This just in from Rene Parker 91R I'm impressed with the quality, reports to follow! [vbpg]1334[/vbpg]
