Well. You got a bit of cash sitting on that top shelf. :) Bottom shelf too...

    Nice.

    They look nice!

I should buy me some shaving towels as well. Our bathroom towels are too large. What size are these?

That's the size referred to over here in the U.S. as a "hand towel."
    It's a fairly standard size, and varies from 15″ x 28″ to 16″ x 32″ (approx. 50 x 80cm)

Those towels look remarkably similar to mine, though mine are not embroidered. Mine are made of Egyptian cotton and manufactured in Turkey. Unbelievably thick and luxurious.

I've gotten into the habit of ordering shaving towels when I place orders online.
Those are very nice towels. Probably out of my price range.

Thanks gentlemen! My bride made them for me for our anniversary.

Question from a newbie: Are there specific towels that are "shaving towels" or is it just a cotton hand towel that has been dedicated to shaving? What makes a towel a shave towel if there are specific ones? Are they designed to be used for prep or is this a towel for cleanup and not prep?

    Thanks for any insight!

the latter. A good cotton towel of appropriate size will suffice in the role of 'shaving towel.'

From my experience "Hotel Collection" towels are the softest by far! Not sure who sells them except for Macy's, but had hand towels transformed into M&F "Shave Towels" to compliment my ever growing M&F brush and soap collection.

Your bride could make a few bucks if she made some TSD brand towels. Hint, hint, nudge, nudge.
