    Boy, it's been well over a year, but if I remember correctly I bought it from West Coast Shaving. Roughly $20 with the milk glass bowl I believe. It's a top performer. While I was lathering I set a mental reminder to use it more often. It lathers far better than MdC in my hard water. Some may complain about the scent, but it mellows significantly if left out for a couple of weeks. One of my top 5 soaps without a doubt.

    RAZOR: 1958 EXECUTIVE (4)
    BLADE: ASTRA SP
    BRUSH: STRONGSET
    SOAP: PRORASO GREEN

    ADJUSTABLE AUGUST 30-DAY FOCUS - Tuesday I tried the Executive set only on 4 for a 2 pass (XTG, ATG) shave. Like Monday, when I set the razor on 3, the result, while a DFS, still required a few more touch-ups than normal. I think I've got to move it up another notch! Still, I love the feel of the Exec, just like a Fat Boy. I think the size of the handle and the little bit of heft really make a nice shave. 4-22-15.jpg

    Tuesday:

    Prep: Warm shower with Stirling sample Tuscany (great after feel, scent is too faint for my tastes, though it is a good scent)
    Shave Soap: Stirling - Sharp Dressed Man (good scent, cushion, slickness, and face feel)
    Razor: Trusty PAA Double open comb
    Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (fresh blade)
    Brush: Stirling Gargantuan Synthetic (almost suffocated from all the bristles) awesome brush
    After Shave: PAA Al Fin
    Balm: Proraso pre/post shave Balm

    Should be getting my Osage Rub tomorrow along with Lime Sec to make the Arctic Lime.:Animatedfrozensmily: In time for Winter Wednesday!

    Gerade eben hatte ich eine tolle Rasur. Die Tabac Rasierstick ist eine Lieblingsseife! :)

    There I go again - I keep forgetting to post in English so I'll translate for everyone!

    Just now I had a great shave. The Tabac shaving stick is a favourite soap. :)
