    Your Go-To Topical Arthritis Ointment/Cream?

What is your go-to topical ointment and/or cream for arthritis? So far, Biofreeze works best for me. I have tried Ben-Gay and Aspercream but the Biofreeze seems to be the best. I have read of Tiger Balm and Icy Hot.

Just wondering if anyone has a go-to product and why.

    Thanks for your advice.

Traumeel worked better than BioFreeze for me. You are limited to 3 total doses of any combination (pills, cream, etc) per day.

My former podiatrist / surgeon who went from private practice to work for a hospital (I wish he was still in private practice) put me on this OTC medicine when I had my foot surgeries.
This will soothe the nerves to help reduce the pain.

One of the many benefits of fish oil is that it's a natural anti-inflamatory.

Fortunately, crossing the 50 barrier a few years ago, my joints are still arthritis free. Every day I work with people as they come out of total knee and total hip replacement surgeries.

Here's to keeping the fingers crossed and the pedals turning....

Fortunately, at 67 I still have no need for such. I wish you well, @Redrock .

Not to mention it keeps your fish from squeaking.

image.jpg I had both my hips replaced 9 years ago. So no current issues. Just got back from Florida Jet Skiing at 60mph. So all is good. But Jose Cuervo has always been a good friend of mine.:eatdrink013:

If fish oil is anti-inflamatory, how do you explain this

I've used Blue Emu for other pains and I've heard it's good for arthritis.
