I those are beauties! Don't worry if the handle rattles.:happy088:

Yeah from what I've read the handle is hollow and lined with plastic on the inside. I didn't know it is prone to rattling though :)
We'll see end of this week how it sounds.

I had one I found in a junk store couple years ago that had something rattling around in the handle. It bothered me for a while but everything was solid on it. Then for some dumb reason I sold it. That is one I miss bad now.

    Enjoy it!

Well there IS one being sold right now, in box, for $25 (or lower offers) :)
The condition is so-so from what I can tell but might be a deal.
    No box for me :(

I didn't know they had boxes of any kind. I knew they were a mail order only thing I guess I figured they shipped without one at all.

    Thanks :) I hear it's pretty mild.

All the later Schick Injectors are pretty mild....That said they perform exceptionally well with NOS Schick Platinum Blades....All these later injectors were designed to be used with surgically sharp blades and to be honest you don't get the real benefit out of them with current blades....I have the Ladies Eversharp with the Hydro-magic heads and I am almost ashamed to admit that its one of my favourite injectors....
    Mild or Not...:chores016:.

    Ha,ha,ha,ha.....you cats are killin me....
But those Lady Eversharps really are just Schick Golden 500s....A bit mild, but still Exceptional shavers...
Schick Injectors have a different dynamic than DEs...Even the mildest will give great shaves....and cut you to pieces if you are reckless....Well for experienced shavers like all of us, we may consider a Schick the perfect opportunity to race around our faces in reckless abandon....But when I was a young 20 something, rushing for a date I took a chunk out of my chin with a Schick L type...The epitome of a mild razor....and I still have a hint of that scar from the early 70's...Kind of cool actually...gave my chin a little of that Cary Grant chin thing...ha,ha...

Needless to say, was very late for that date, and gain a life long respect for all Schicks, even the mild ones......lol!

Aye, to my knowledge the so called Hydro magic feature as some folks call it was that they have the lever to open for rinsing.....Yeah, that's what I like about them ....You can Zip them around your face and be so free with them, but without the correct focus they do have the capacity to give you a Cary Grant Chin as you call it...:D

Too Cool for School.....I've never seen the short Lady Eversharp....I want one....maybe I could swing the Blue one and tell my friends thats the Man's version....}8^))
Actually, I dig the white one too....I don't think anyone would even notice........except for maybe a pink one....ha,ha...

Man....I might be getting into trouble over on the 30 day Focus thread....
I'm one week into my 30 day Focus on my Schick E2....but I had a 'slip'.....I shaved today with my I2 Hydro-magic....I couldn't help myself....It was too beautiful

And man, the shave was incredible, I enjoyed every stroke....

Oh well, time to go over there, and face the music....wish me luck....

I have never seen these before myself ....They were made in 1965 apparently as a Travel Set and known as the K 3 Model...One has a silver (Chrome) head and the other has the Golden head......;)
The earlier K2 model had a very long handle.....:chores016:

Well today, this new to me Schick E2 got it's revenge!
Yesterday, I slip and got a great shave from my i2 injector while I'm suppose to be doing my 30 day Focus on the E2.
Well today I approached the E2 like nothing ever happened, and it gave me one of the best shaves of my life....So easy, effortless and irritation free...2 pass BBS....felt like a Turkish Barber Str8 shave, or better actually...

Too soon to say...but this new E2 is sure standing up to be recognized....and Schick sure got everything right, early on...

Aye, some of the Type E 2 Schick's are really exceptional shavers....The early type E 2 that opens is the most aggressive in my experience ....There were 3 different models of the Type E 2....;)
I have all 3 in my collection.. :chores016:

Guess that is right, I had forgotten that not all E2s open...You have such a seamless knowledge about injectors Billy...Would love to see some pics of your 'Chorus Line'...Bet you have some lookers....
This one opens very easily and shuts firmly with no rattle. I'm lucky, it's been used, but not abused...and I have a feeling this one will be shown alot of love and use from it's present owner....}8^))

    The 3 Types Of Type E 2s ....;)
    Spring shots...
These are from my collection...The one on the left is the early type E 2 that opened...The next edition in the middle had the same off centre left spring set up, but has got knob's either side to prevent it from opening....The One on the far right was known as the type E 2 - 1941 and it was the first E type with a centred spring and the Knob in the middle to prevent it from opening....The type 2 - 1941 had circles embossed on the top side unlike the others and it was heavier gold plated and feels a tad heavier in the hand....;)
These were all smooth comb designs....:chores016:
