Agreed, there really should be only 2 items on the entree column; pork and ribs. You can get the pork pulled, chopped or sliced, and on a plate or a sandwich. Ribs in whole or half rack and that's about it. Now the side dishes should be Brunswick stew, baked beans and slaw. You can offer others but you have to have those. Soft white bread for sopping and you're good to go.
