Doesn't get much better. With all the years my son and I spent watching and playing baseball, when older, tougher years came, we could always still talk baseball.
He got a few bites. We try not to let the kids have too much sugar, so dad sacrificed and ate some ice cream.
Sounds a lot like my dad and I. That is still true to this day, too. He is retiring, and I have my own family, so we have gone through several years at this point. But, one thing we have always been able to talk about has been baseball. It is such a great game that spans generations. I am lucky that at 4, my boy has a huge interest in playing, so I am hopeful we will build similar memories to what my dad and I have. All this baseball talk has me looking for Ray Liotta to come walking out of a corn field.
That's wonderful! And if you listen to all the experts baseball is becoming obsolete. They say the younger kids don't want to go to games/watch. None sense!
It's a beautiful day! The weather is perfect. I had a great shave and a great church service. Have a great Sunday!
