I have been saving caps from Cholula Hot Sauce so that I could make some travel brushes. Recently, I got some 18x60mm pure badger knots from China. I gathered up three lids and prepared them for their new knots. I used three different finishes. The finished product fits in a prescription bottle for traveling.

I had to widen the holes a bit with the Dremel, but yes, you just glue them in.

Where did you get the brush heads? I've got a handle from an old crappy brush and I want to repurpose it.

I get my knots from three sources so far. Whipped Dog, Virginia Sheng, and granvillage_green. The last two are in China so you should not be in a hurry if you use them. They can take up to 20 days to come. My last order from WD took ten days. I have not tried Golden Nib, but others like them.
