I love these bottles.

I got some spray bottles myself, but much smaller. But they are not good. They leak a little bit. Does yours? And also... ... Does it not bother you juuuuust a little bit that the bottles are not all the same size? Haha

 

I got some 30ml spray bottles from EBay for travel, and they "sweat" a tiny bit indeed. Not enough to bother me though.

 

It's annoying with soaps like that. I got a

Arlington. It smells amazing. I test lathered it and got GREAT lather, when I was gonna shave I lathered. The lather looked good but disappeared quickly

 

Mine are 25ml, the spray is very nice. But leak from the "pump" part.

My girlfriend had a hair oil spray. She used it up, and I took the spray bottle and cleaned it. When I put water in it and spray, it's awesome.
I want some of those spray bottles, very good! I'm not putting AS in it yet. I'm gonna use it for my home made Bay rum AS when it's done =D

Mission accomplished again - another fabulous shave. My Super Speed/Derby combination worked like a dream and the MITA soap lathered like a maniac and gave me a tremendous menthol wallop which felt so good. The Proraso Green aftershave added to the iciness very nicely. My wife is starting to like this stuff on me - she gave me a big kiss and told me how great I smelled!

 

Shave of the day

Pre- Hot shower
Soap/cream- Colonel Conk Bay rum
Brush- Proraso omega boar
Razor- WEBER polished head stainless steel
Blade- Sputnik Teflon Coated
Post- Cold water rinse, Alum block, Humphreys witch hazel, Lucky tiger Bay rum aftershave lotion, Proraso green tea and oat aftershave balm and Nivea sensitive cooling aftershave balm

Colonel conk bay rum smells very nice! The performance is okey, not great. I will still use it =D I used to not get good lathers out of it but my new Proraso boar brush is a lather monster!!

Russian blades has not worked for me until now, Sputnik works, and not only works... They worked really good. It was rough at times but that was due to the angle and that it's a very sharp blade.

I have a new alum block, and comparing it to my old one... My old one really sucks! I don't know if that's just a coincidence, but from the feel to the sting to the afterfeel, it was different.

Maybe alum AND WH is a bit much, but hey it was a nice. The post shave treatment is really a time to treat your skin well and nourish it. So my post shave was LONG haha

 

25 ml is small. Mine are either 2 or 3 fl oz, so 60 to 90 ml. I think I have had some leakage issues when traveling, but when at home and upright, they work just fine. And the sizes different? Well, until you mentioned it I hadn't given it a second thought, but now...

Stirling Executive Man today. 20 seconds to load the oscar11 badger. Easy, thick, lather. I loaded a new Personna Med Prep in the NEW SC. Great smooth, close, shave. I finished with Fine Platinum.

Yeah, 2 or 3 oz bottles are probably a much better size.

Mine are always upright but I think they are not sealed well. They were dirt cheap haha maybe 4 for 1-2$.

I did it almost the same way as you described, but probably used too much water. But I will keep this in mind when I use it next time around.
I've been thinking about getting a full puck/tub and take it from there.

It is more challenging than annoying. I like to take a Barney Stinson approach to difficult soaps
