We have to pick our Macoun at an orchard we've been going to since my kids were 4 and 2 - 28 years now.
I've got an ASP-C sensor and I love it. The only thing I would change is that my camera doesn't have an internal autofocus motor, sometimes I wish it did so I could use older lenses. (Nikon D5100 is what I have)
Great vid! I really appreciate the humour! - and the info is great as well! (as is the stick ) I almost never use autofocus. I like it more to decide for myself where the camera focuses. That is to say, I don't seem to get the camera to do automatically what I want it to do, so I have to do it by myself. More often than not I've got aperture and shutter speed on manual as well.
Yeah... the focusing mirror in the camera would be nice. I have my wife's old 3000, she is now using a 7000 and is quite happy with having that internal motor. However, neither of us use autofocus that much anyway. Half of my shooting is at rocket launches and autofocus just doesn't focus on the right thing or focus quick enough to get action shots.
Lucky man. Beautiful daughter. In my experience she has already wrapped you around here little finger. That's how it was, and still is with my daughter.
It was fun. I got some teasing when my Vikings lost. Great evening with family. The tickets were a Father's Day gift from my daughter and I've been looking forward to this since June.
Its funny you say that. I realize I don't use autofocus that much either! Most of my shots are landscapes or stars...where I'm in full manual anyway. Its nice to rest on if needed for a quick shot of a party or something. I think I just got lazy after years of using compacts...:/
I'm getting ready to go to the bank to deal with someone trying to commit fraud on my account. I need a new debit card and have been waiting way too long for a replacement.
You kids and your new fangled gizmos like banks and credit cards! Back in my day, we kept our money in the mattress or in a coffee can in the ground. And if you didn't have the cash, you didn't buy it.
Sorry to hear that, been there a few times in the last year. Although it is never convenient, I hope it didn't happen at a really bad time.. say 1000 miles from home and suddenly find the bank locked down your cards and you can't get gas or food.
