its always cool to see something less common in this thread. Vintage cream is something ya don't see everyday. How do you like the Racer blades?

 

That brush cleaned up really nice! Congratulations again!

 

That's for sure. It was my first time having a shave with a vintage cream Atm, Racer blades are very similar to Sharks. Not too sharp, cheap and an ordinary blade.

 

There is a year listed on the Floid Aftershave bottle..I was trying to read it, and couldn't quite tell.

First go with the Fine Platinum, I know it is suppose to be a Creed copy scent but the dry down is a dead ringer for A&F Fierce. Fierce does have the strong citrusy/fruity opening of the Fine. It does have a bit just not as strong. It also has a very similar vibe as Adidas Dynamic Pulse but the Adidas is more synthetic smelling.

The Synergy Frost_byte soap is really, really, really cold indeed but definitely NOT as cold as any of the Glacials - trust me on that. The Obsidian soap's menthol-mania from A-Z. The freeze begins as soon as your brush makes contact with your face and within seconds your eyes start tearing and your nose starts running. By the second pass it feels like your face has turned into a block of ice. The matching balm intensifies that freeze to the point where you're almost numb, and the Rubby Dubby Doo takes a lot of guts to put on after such an intensely-cold shave!

 

I think Crackstar looks good for developing Ice Bucket Challenge After-Shave.

Outstanding BBS tonight with this combination. TSD soap was great as well as the A/S. Two passes with the 1914 and a cleanup with the 34C. This is probably the best brush I own. It loads fast, full and applies the lather great. Great way to start the weekend.

I have the Fougere Bouquet AS, and it is really my favorite AS at the moment. I wish I had the soap. I'll have to get some of their soaps in the future.

 

which of the old-school products describe itself as a "fougere"....Mennen Deodorant, right?

 

I have been impressed with every shave from the soap so far. I only have sample so I don't have a ton of experience with it, but so far so good.

 

which one, the regular speed stick? Each company has its own idea of what "fougere" is. Soap Commander is a bright floral scent, while Wholly Kaw is more sweet scented. They are both good, it just depends on what you are looking for.
