Monday's Dove Men Face Wash Van Der Hagen Luxury Shave Soap Jayaruh #18 Silver Tip Schick M2 Adjustable Personna SS Injector CWR, Asma Alum Block Thayers Lemon WH Florida Water The Van Der Hagen Luxury Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #18 Best Badger brush. Two passes with my Schick M2 Adjustable Injector razor and a Personna SS Injector blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Lemon WH and then Florida Water as an after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Glacial Obsidian Alum, Sterling Black Ice Witch Hazel, Cucumber Melon Whipped Shea Butter Krampert’s Frostbite Aftershave My second shave with a Feather Pro Super was another extremely close shave, perhaps closer than necessary for weekday shaves. The Mongoose is more aggressive with the Pro Super blade. I’ll switch to the Feather Pro for Wednesday’s shave and save the Pro Super for weekend shaves. Mr. Frost was here today. Sterling’s Glacial Osidian was a face freezing, eye watering experience. This is not a Girly Man’s shave soap, according to Freeze. The latest, number 8, @clint64 400 Restore with a TGN HMW churned the Black Ice Soap into a dark cold lather. I really love the added chill of the Black Ice Witch Hazel. Finished today’s shave with a generous spritz of Krampert’s Frostbite Aftershave. May the chill be with you!

Although the soap lathered well, it has lack of protection and also dried my skin. I immediately felt it after the shave and I put on some face cream besides brut after shave.

Menthol Monday: Prep: Hot shower, Healthy Accents Daily Renewal Cleanser, TSD Jasmine Sambac preshave balm Brush: Simpsons 56 Best Badger Lather: Ginger's Garden Grass Stain Menthol Snow Razor: RazoRock Bamboozled RAKE OC Blade: Bolzano Superinox (4) Passes: WTG, XTG (9, 10) Post: Cold water splash, Bloc Osma alum, Dickinson's witch hazel, Aqua Velva Ice Blue AS splash Cologne: Xeryus by Givenchy The Grass Stain Menthol Snow is really getting in short supply; the extreme doughnut shape of the remaining soap makes it a bit of a challenge to load up the 56 properly, though I managed. I'll have to start thinking about my next order from Irena! Monday morning user error, combined with a blade possibly past its prime, caused a weeper at the angle of the mandible on my left side, curtailing my shave after only 2 passes with DFS results.
This is the kind of shave which I missed having yesterday. The Glacial Spearmint soap hit me with a menthol wallop which could have frozen a polar bear, and the Glacial Wintergreen balm and witch hazel felt equally frigid, but so comfortable. BBS with almost no effort!

I use a norelco trimmer for nose and ear hair. what method of removal do y'all use?
