  3. My first shave with the Krampert's Frostbite soap: This stuff is a delight - an awesome scent, tons of rich, creamy lather, and plenty of menthol to it. Caution: If using the B&M Arctique aftershave use only a SMALL amount because this stuff is lethally-mentholated. My eyes are still tearing from it. This stuff reminds me of the Glacial witch hazels!

    Personna blade
    WD Synthetic brush
    Vintage Williams SS
    Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
Pinaud Lime Sec cologne w/added menthol

The Grip razor is a delight to use. Great grip and smooth shaver that worked well with the vintage Williams SS. BTW, vintage Williams could be my only shave soap if it were still readily available. It's that good for me.

  10. I had a very nice shave today. While I will admit that the Provence Sante can be a little tricky to get to lather perfectly, once you learn to lather it well it really shines.

  11. I honestly do not know yet. It is not what I expected. I can't really describe it. I am going to use it again tomorrow to be fair. As of now, I probably won't re-order it? The new Platinum line of soap is excellent though.

    Clear as mud?? :D
  12. FRIDAY
An early morning 3-pass shave with this vintage C-MON Cadillac. This razor is probably one of the smoothest shaves I've ever had the pleasure of using.
It would certainly make my 'Top 5' list,,,,
    Have a blessed Friday, everyone!

  18. My Speick stick is coming to it's end. Probably 4-5 more shaves left in it at least though.
My Polsilver blade was getting a little rough today so I tossed it and cleaned up the Muhle R89 for a last glamour shot before putting it away for a while.

    Cream: Truefitt&Hill Grafton
    Blade: Feather (1)
Post shave: Thayers Cucumber WH, Jack Black Post Shave Gel, Old Spice original Shulton 1973 glass AS Stopper #4

The Goodwill shaves me like my LC and like the LC you have to watch the angles, for a smooth shave. Loaded a Feather blade, and checked the alignment. The Ever-Ready brush has the originally knot and whipped up a nice lather in no time. Got a nice two pass shave with some touchup on my trouble spot on my neck. Warm water rinse and pat dry. Some WH and after cleanup and a shower, some JB balm. Finished up with some Vintage Old Spice from the 1973. The Spice is nice.... Leaves me feeling like a Smooth Operator.........
