Picked up a Truefitt&Hill gift set for 30-something-dollars. The brush is labelled "Mini Super Badger Hair Brush Ivory" and has a SKU of 10001. The soap is their 1805 shaving cream. The seller mentioned that it appeared half-used but after further inquiry it appears that it might also be unused. Will see when it gets here. The brush holder is labelled "Bath and shower shaving brush stand" I wasn't able to find the exact gift box online but still feel it was a decent price. Also, never tried any of their products so that'll be fun.
I've wanted to try Dr. Jon's soap for quite some time, so I ordered a tin of Aphrodite shaving soap. I've read nothing but good things.
I snagged my white whale last night. Waiting on a Rubberset 400 #4 to restore. This will complete the 400 trilogy for me and put my Brush Acquisition Disorder into remission for the time being.
I watched it but it left my bank accounts ability to keep up yesterday afternoon. I still think I'll wait on a good clone or get one in the wild. I live close to the brushmeister @Jayaruh so I'll need to beat him to it if one can be found locally.
Thank you. I am pretty excited about getting it. Now I'll have to agonize over what knot to install but at least that's an easier problem to solve.
I think so. I have one that I used an Omega Boar knot to restore. Given what these handles cost, I am pretty sure I will use a very nice badger knot.
I haven't found a badger I have liked yet. Boar is my favorite. In the poor rodents defense I have only used 2 badger brushes. I'm found of the unlovable Gen 1 synthetic too.
Just ordered some RazoRock La Famiglia soap. Also picked up this Treet SE, just because I liked the look.
Picked up a lot of four old brushes (the travel brush in front is not included), going to give me some projects to work on over the next few months:
I'm waiting on a Single Edge stainless injector, should be here March of 2016. Only a couple of days.

I bought these pair of Swedish pieces of shaving iron from a fellow forum member for a real good price...He bought them in Sweden at the Factory Museum and he has been using them until a year ago....I have just jumped into another Rabbit Hole...Don't know what models they are at this time...Will have to do some research after I get them...Delighted....
