  2. But, will it at least be cheap, crappy and Russian? You don't want to miss out on that level of engineering expertise!
  3. I actually like the 7am and Sharp, depending on what razor they are in. It sounds crazy, but that same blade you hate in your black tip may be awsome in the Slim you are going to find the next time you hit the antique store.

  4. Real men skip the scents and just use 91% Rubbing Alcohol as an aftershave.:angry021:

  5. My point exactly. Perfect example.
  6. I've been dying to locate a local antique shop. I want to go hunting for razors! (And or memorabilla). I've only been in the Tacoma/Seattle area for about 6 months though and the traffic on the 5 is too crazy to leave my little safe haven that has everything I need other than tattoos. Haha

  7. I used hand sanitizer when I was in basic training followed by some hand lotion to help protect against windburn.
  8. Its a Gillette stirling. Its almost exactly like your rapira except it has a smooth topcap.

I don't have any razors that give the blade wave or that are uneven on both sides.

  9. In Siberia, real men just take a dip and their pores clamp shut so tightly it pinches the whiskers off.

  10. I CANT BELIEVE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE!!! Everyone thought I was crazy for using the hand sanitizer! Unfortunately we were not aloud to buy hand lotion so I had a rather dry face. I used my tube of Chapstick to cure bad spots.
  11. There is a reason I want to move back to Florida. No more cold, thanks.

  12. I was in Leonardwood during spring. It was a crisp 14 degrees with a stiff wind so our hands cracked and bled from windburn. they let us buy lotion. I stayed there until it was over 100 during the day and they warned us not to shoot the mosquitos because it only pissed them off.

  14. I went to ole not so relaxin Jackson Nov-Feb. it was awful, especially since they didn't issue much cold weather gear.

  19. I had the pleasure of completing AIT in Big brass headquarters, or TRADOC command, Fort Eustis (useless) VA. We had a record cold of -11 with 30 MPH wind the week after I got there.
  20. Fun stuff, right? Temps like that are why I'm working on moving back to FL. I have to make it through this last winter then I'll be in semi tropical loveliness again.
