I was in Leonardwood during spring. It was a crisp 14 degrees with a stiff wind so our hands cracked and bled from windburn. they let us buy lotion. I stayed there until it was over 100 during the day and they warned us not to shoot the mosquitos because it only pissed them off.

I had the pleasure of completing AIT in Big brass headquarters, or TRADOC command, Fort Eustis (useless) VA. We had a record cold of -11 with 30 MPH wind the week after I got there.
