One of my very infrequent SOTD's:
It's been a long time since I used my Omega 10066 boar, as my Plisson has taken over for 98% of use. I pulled out the 10066 today with my Stirling soap and remembered how well this brush lathers Stirling soaps for me. Not sure what it is but it worked out wonderfully, which is unique to Stirling because the Plisson lathers most of my other soaps more efficiently.

    Prep: water off the puck.
    Soap: Stirling Frozen Tundra
    Brush: Omega 10066 Boar
    Razor: Phoenix DOC w/Voshkod blade
    Post: Osage rub

It's like a flat version of @Rufus T. 's Arko Travel Stick....I used to do this years ago in Turkey but I've gotten lazy...After seeing Rufus's I wanted back into that exclusive level of Hip...

    Tyr's Day:

Prep: Hot shower, Healthy Accents Daily Renewal Cleanser, TSD Jasmine Sambac preshave balm
    Brush: Simpsons 56 Best Badger
Lather: Ginger's Garden Grapefruit Mint soap
    Razor: RazoRock Bamboozled RAKE OC
    Blade: Bolzano Superinox (4)
    Passes: WTG, XTG (7, 8)
Post: Cold water rinse, Bloc Osma alum, Dickinson's witch hazel, Myrsol Metilsol AS splash
    Cologne: Burberry Brit

I managed to shake out TOO much water this morning before lathering up the Ginger's Garden, so it took a bit more fussing than usual to lather with the Simpsons 56. Once I got the ratio dialed back in, though, it was smooth sailing, with no tugging, bloodshed, or irritation whatsoever. The Bloc Osma and the Metilsol combined were probably overkill, but I blame being half-asleep. DFS+ results, I'd say.

    today's shave
hot water wash with nuetrogena men's invigorating face wash and a washcloth
    Parker pure badger
Geo F Trumper coconut oil (BOMBED)
    unknown open comb/EJ handle
    rapira(1)
    pinaud lilac vegital
today's shave was nice. I bowl lathered gft coconut, it made great lather. a little lacking in scent. three passes with the stowaway, very close shave. I finished with the veg, it definitely didn't lack in scent.
hope y'all did as well, or better.
