    Plastic? What were they thinking? I have a set of silverware that are similar to this design so it is hard to imagine why they wouldn't make them out of metal.

    Actually upon receiving it I noticed that it was metal and not plastic. Kind of a 'hollow' metal handle much like the Schick Paul Revere one.
