What a nice shave! This was a first with the Gada cream for me.
Received it from my good friend @crackstar a while back but haven't gotten the opportunity to try it before now.
Nice "cold" fresh scent, tough for me to describe, but it cools so nice with the menthol. Excellent lather that ticks all the right boxes!
Works perfectly with the Proraso balm. I initially "feared" that the balm would only go well with the green soap.

Prep: Rusty Blade blend pre-shave oil
Razor/Blade: Gillette Canadian Heavy Tech / Astra SP
Brush/Soap: Semogue / Santa Maria del Fiore Sapone da Barba
    Aftershave: Witch Hazel/coconut oil
    Mustache Wax: Badger

First time with this soap/cream. Interesting fragrance...not sure I will be able to wear it to my scent free workplace, but it is nice. Have to use it a few more times to work out the best way to lather. A bit tricky...:chores016:

Smooth shave. The Grafco-Merkur 3 Piece Open Comb is a efficient razor, the teeth seem to be short on this head? I write this every time I use Soap Commander, why don't I use it more often?! Great soap.

A fantastic shave today with the Matas shaving soap which my good friend Martin (tuxxdk) sent me. The same way he loves the Gada cream I sent him, I love this soap. It smells so clean and classy, it lathers like a champ, and it leaves the skin feeling well-moisturized and comfortable. The Intesa Glacial balm is not too cooling as the name might imply, but it does have a slight menthol feeling and it's very soothing. The Aqua Velva felt heavenly! :happy088:

I pulled out the Sampsons today for a very slick and cushioned lather. I am not sure why I don't use it more than I do, but I think it is due to the fact that the scent is extremely light. This is a very good soap.
