Next soap up for testing is Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet, I bought this used and it supposed to the old formula. I used it in the past and the performance was not up to par so we will see if this soap can break into my regular rotation

Last night I shaved because I had a rendezvous so this morning's shave is not true test. Today I used the only vintage DE razor that made the cut for me, a Barbasol Floating Head paired with a Super Iridium. The lather was better than I remember, plentiful, slick and smelled great. The Barbasol is a wonderful razor, very aggressive and a so smooth. Four passes and the alum revealed some slight stinging but I think that was from yesterday morning's subpar shave. A definite BBS.

    Irritation B+, closeness A

    Seth-

Any AS Splash from TSD can be ordered 2x menthol. 2x menthol is equal to Osage. M-Bomb, from forum, can be added to anything. Personally, I use Osage as hair tonic. I use TSD Iced Subzero AS because it's the best skincare for me, and ISZ is unscented other than mint/menthol. I then apply Veg or whatever after it dries.

Strangely, the falling down the stairs part isn't what got you. Rather, it was the sudden deceleration that occurred right after that...

Hope you're felling a bit better!

In HS I broke a couple ribs playing ball, and my girlfriend decided that an Eddie Murphy comedy VHS was the way to pass the time. I couldn't finish the tape...

Your honor, I never acted poorly towards those stairs ever before.
And I protest the insinuation that I "walked all over them!"

I had my appendix removed back in the day when they split you open to do it, rather than the small incision method they use today. That evening, my "friends" showed up in my hospital room and proceeded to attempt murder by humor. I was literally laughing and crying at the same time. My nurse had to chase them out. I swear they added 3 or 4 days to my recovery.

    Gillette Super Speed Y3
    Vulfix Super Badger (660)
    Proraso Sandalwood cream
    Pinaud Clubman Original

Shave #1 with the 3rd Gillette Silver Blue in my Birth Quarter Super Speed.
Face lather and 1 pass XTG/ATG. Great reduction. Wet my face and neck and did a small amount of touch up where I could easily feel stubble. This gave me a near BBS. A cold water rinse followed by small amount of touch up and I was sure I had the BBS. The Pinaud Clubman was mild.

A nice comfortable one pass BBS near BBS from the Gillette Silver Blue in my Birth Quarter Super Speed. I know my trouble spots. I try to make sure they're smooth after touch up. Sometimes they feel that way even while applying the aftershave, but sometimes a bit of stubble shows up soon after. Today was one of those days. :( But, a great shave regardless.

    Have a great Wednesday!
