DOnt take this the wrong way, but I hate you hahahaha Ofc I dont hate you, but i can't even find this razor in sweden =P and you pay 1$ for it
Just in now - and they're both made here in the province of Quebec! 1x Henri et Victoria Fall's Lumberjack SS 1x Henri et Victoria Bergamot Vetiver AS Gonna use them both tomorrow morning!
Received this great leather sheath made by @twhite who kindly sent one over to me. Now if only the razor that is intended for it would get here as well - it seems like the Canadian Caribou package service is taking a loong time.
Also received these two Heljestrand MK No 24 straight razors. The one at the bottom has one cracked scale but the top one looks great. Both have nice looking blades. I got both of them for $10 and I'm thinking maybe have the top one cleaned and honed to shave ready and, if possible, trade the second one as payment for the service (+ shipping).
the one on the left would be grand. thank you darkbulb for the photo. you find me one of those, I'll find you a fatboy.
The mailman was also kind enough to drop off my recently acquired $40 Kent T12 brush. Really love the tortoise handle and the knot is very full and dense. Feels great. And man...this thing was bigger than I thought - it's a 30mm knot I believe and it will be really interesting to use Here it is next to a L'Occitane Plisson for a bit of size comparison:
Thanks, this is by far my largest brush. This is btw the second version of the T12 brush - the first version had some shedding issues but this one seems to have very good reviews.
My Vie Long olive wood badger arrived today as well. For $20 this was apretty good score. MRSP is $120
Received this Koh-I-Noor silvertip brush in trade for a French lather catcher with a member of another forum. Its got an odd handle shape but its surprisingly quite comfy in hand and the knot is pretty decent.
Nice x 3! You don't see much ahout Koh-I-Noor over here but it's a really well respected brand over in Europe.
