Have you tried removing the small bottom screw. It seems to be what keeps the plunger mechanism from coming out. Maybe you can get all the parts out together.
I was watching that. From the pictures it looked like it was missing an inside piece so I didn't chase it. However, I would never have predicted it would go so high - whoever got it really wanted it - congratulations!
It went for way more than my guess. I slept through the auction closing on purpose......as I knew I wouldnt be able to control myself.
Broken spring I think. I messaged the seller hoping he would pull it from the auction because of the broken parts. He kindly sent me back a reply "hope you win" I was the high bidder at $10 at the time
I checked the stamp on my C3 and it is different. As you can see from the picture it isn't clear what the second character is. It could be a reversed "1" or maybe an upside down "J"? I noticed the shiny chrome that just went on eBay had a unique number as well. A mystery to me - Karl
Interesting....could it be that Schick actually used unique serial numbers on their repeating razors but gave up on that practice when they moved on to the injectors? Could the preceding letter be the manufacturing year on the C's? Could the various models C1/2/3 each have their own number range? So many questions...so few answers
I spent my money on a Goose yesterday knowing I wasnt likely going to get it. Little did I know the Mongoose was going to be the cheaper buy......
Congrats on being #16. My favorite hockey player of all time wore that number. My Sunday SOTD will include my 1994 Trevor Linden jersey........
Seth Just wanted to let you know. I received Redfishers B1. I am taking them to the post office in a few minutes. I will send you a tracking number shortly. Tom
