1. I really do, not only do I like the scent but it seems like my skin really, really likes it!
It has actually become one of my top three A/Ss (next to Anherb and Myrsol Plastic Shave).

  3. I want to try it but everyone seems to be out of samples and I don't want to buy a full one just in case I don't like it. I hope samples will be back in stock by the time I can buy some to try.

  9. Sanssouci Straight razor: unique from most German razors in that Sheffield steel blanks were used and were ground and made in Solingen. 'Finest Sheffield Steel, Ground in Germany.' Softer steel than the typical Solingen blade but hones easily, takes a great edge. I do like the blade shape (with a French point and a jimped thumb notch). Need s some TLC to bring it back to life.
Btw: the name is taken from Frederick the Great's summer palace in Potsdam (hence the logo) which he named Sanssouci (French for 'carefree').

  14. Hello folks, I just scored another 1940/41 Gillette Milord Tech a few minutes ago. It was one of those listings that the seller didn't know what model razor he had, and so it was listed as a "vintage Gillette razor". I already have one of these, but it's a freshly replated razor, and I don't want to muck it up, so I got this one. These are fantastic shavers. They shave very similar to the 1941 Ranger Tech. I'm excited about this score.
  15. Me want to see photo! :)

  18. Thank you Darkbulb! I love these old razors. The one I have now I paid $180 for after it was freshly replated and restored. Like you said, I did very well on this new one. These are pretty rare razors. Thanks for your interest!
