Two of the three three straights are pretty much a write-off looking at the broken/chipped blades

The rolls looks like its in decent condition



The cased EverReady looks rather interesting though and in what seems to be good condition.
No idea of model here though...


Then there's the Opal and EverReady brushes hiding in the back. Could be good.
The double-sided strop looks nice but there's a nick on it that makes it less attractive:


The rusty clippers and whatnot will probably just be binned.

So was it worth $25?
Maybe. We'll see.

My first Gillette Long Comb ball end with box and Canadian to boot. Prefer a different handle but when it's vintage you get what you get.

Well, today I ordered the Crown King Switchback 400 and a blank head. Did not want to buy anything new this year, but since it's an "introductory price" the voice in the back of my head was able to persuade me. Might even arrive before christmas. And with this brush shipping in relation to merchandise value is a tiny bit more reasonable...
