Nice Catch Sir...Yeah...They went back to a Smooth Comb Design with the Schick Type D right through the Type E 1 & Type E 2s....The next design again with parallel grooves wasn't until the Type E 3 ..

I had a C1 waiting for me today. I plan on using my C2 tomorrow as its cleaned and ready to go.

 

Ive only tried B's so far with the B2 loaded with a Chick providing the closest shave. Tomorrow will be the first run with a C, with the C2 loaded with a Dutch Schick blade getting the nod. I will be trying the C1 the following day for comparison and will report back. Hopefully by weeks end I will have the A in my posession and can add that to the Repeater trial.

Had my first shave with the C3 this morning. The razor is very smooth and fairly mild. Does a good job though. Shaves more like the later models than the A and B. That's my first impression, I going to use it again tomorrow.

 

First complete shave with the Schick C2 is in the books and have to say it was almost perfect. Three effortless passes, near BBS and no irritation. Tomorrow I will be trying the OC version C1 for comparison.

 

So aside from the letter and number designation we have o , + , and my C3 has no other marking besides the number.....

 

So first off I was LIED to. I was handed a box obviously from eBay by my wife who told me this was coming from a FAMILY MEMBER. It didn't, she saw it ob the bay and bought it for me. I will PARTIALLY forgive her for that but she made ME clean the razor so I am MAD at her again. If ya give me a gift, give it to me complete, not parts waiting... Sheesh. So here it is, my new type B before, after, and with a case. No OBVIOUS numbers on it but I am still plating with it.

I told him he was over priced, his response.. DON'T BUY IT. How Rude! I also mentioned that he spelled it Shick instead of Schick but he fixed that. Hope he chokes on the bloody razor.
