WooHoo! Secret Santa arrived yesterday! Interestingly enough, I told my wife Friday night that I was considering running over to Maggard Razors on Saturday for their in-store specials but when I got up in the morning and looked at my list of chores I reminded myself that I had noted some items from Maggard on my Secret Santa wish list (which hadn't arrived yet) and maybe I should get a few projects done around the house. Besides, it's not like I need any more shaving stuff since my current supply isn't scheduled to run out until after I'm dead. So when the mailman came I was thrilled to see that one of the packages was for me and it came from Maggard Razors. It made me wonder if Brad & Casie would have questioned my presence at their establishment as soon as the doors opened on Small Business Saturday since they had just sent me a box of goodies. Anywho... Santa sent me a St James of London sampler (Santa knows I love samplers), a big tube of Derby Lemon shave cream (I'm running low), and a really big (I mean huge - 300ml) bottle of Tabac aftershave. I put Tabac on my list because I've never tried it and I've read that it's a "love it or hate it" scent so I'm thinking I'm going to learn to love it and my first sniff said I will. I went to the mailbox and got my mail a few minutes ago. I get this humongous box barely fits in the package contain mail box. (the USPS in their infinite wisdom). Any way I open it up. there is this big wrapped container 2 packages in the same wrapping paper. I get from my Secret Santa a French Press Coffee maker and a 12oz. Package of Starbucks Morning Joe Coffee. Thank you Secret Santa. I would post a photo but I can't find my digital camera and my so called Smartphone doesn't take good pictures at all. So here are a couple that I found on the internet. Again Thank you Secret Santa. These will be well used and enjoyed.
