+ 1 on that...They don't Fit PAL Injectors either...And Yeah...These are the Dogs Danglies... Billy..
I have been informed that they can damage the springs in early injectors as the heads are tighter...I have never attempted it for that reason...The heads are tighter like the PAL Injectors and as far as I am aware it can ruin them because they have to be squashed in.. Billy..
Personna Twin Blades... I got caught up in the moment & just got these...I have been Sweating over these for weeks.....The postage was a good price to the UK so I thought Darn it...There goes my Beer Tokens for the week.. Billy..
Thanks Billy, I have enough Gs to try them, plus it could be huge if i can get it into my C1 Repeater.
I must not be making something clear....They are not recommended for the G Type either...They are suitable for all injectors from and including the "Type I Model" with the exception of models with the "Rinsing lever Function"... They do not Fit PAL Injectors either because they too have tighter heads...The Twin blades are thicker than Single blades & Fit the Repeater well for that reason...They work well in the Repeater B1 that I used them in and I reckon they will work equally well in all Repeater Models... The Twin blades are fine in my B 1 Repeater but I am used to these blades in other razors..They are Crazy Sharp in the Repeater & require some attention like using a Traditional Straight Razor..Smooth & Smooth tho...Transform's a Repeater into an almighty shaving machine... Billy..
Ouch, sorry Billy, you were clear. The loss in translation was all mine. You had said "suitable for all Schick's that were made after the G type that do not have the "Rinsing Lever Function" I simply misread. Sorry to all for any confusion. (Please, oh please, Billy...write that book! I'll start a fund for those Beer Tokens!)
+1 You can even do a self-publish, on-demand at a place like lulu.com which requires zero beer tokens down
It's a new Feather that I'll be loading manually into the early E2 - it's the only way I can be sure I don't bugger up the blade and accidentally blunt it.
Thanks Karl, I had Twin Blades on the brain (because i just bought that NOS Schick pack). I did know you were talking about a Feather AC blade to cut down for the E2 manual load. Head's a bit scrambled today as I get all my shopping in before No Buy 2016!
Holy Schmoley - I didn't realize you were going cold turkey into a No Buy 2016. Quick, there's only 25 days left to get that H. You don't want to spend all of next year regretting passing it up when you had the chance!
