    Razor: Merkur 38C Barber Pole
    Blade: Wilkinson (1)
    Brush: Omega 10066 Boar
    Soap: TSD Iced Signature
    A/S: TSD Iced Signature
    Menthol: TSD M Bomb
Good close frosty shave this afternoon. The shave soap whipped up a good lather to provide a close, slick comfortable shave. TSD M Bomb made the shave even more frosty. TSD Iced Signature A/S is a great finish.
    Enjoy your Sunday.

    Cobra Classic
    Feather Pro #3
    Doug Korn D-7XLT Shavemac Finest
    TSD 2X Iced Barber Shoppe
Alum, Witch Hazel +Menthol, Whipped Shea Butter
TSD 2x Iced Barber Shoppe Aftershave

Today’s shave was a very close, 2 passes plus clean up. The Closeness A and Irritation A+. A TSD Sunday with 2X Iced Barber Shoppe soap and aftershave from the Shave Den Store. The Shavemac finest knot whipped up a mountain of creamy slick wonderfully scented icy lather. This Shavemac has a full-face feel, excellent splay, slight scrub, and only a little backbone. The Ice Blue brush is my second largest brush. It fits my hand like a glove. No feedback from the alum. Shave #3 on this blade was excellent. The Cobra Classic has performed flawlessly in all directions WTG, XGT, and AGT. The handle can be slippery when soapy. Finished with a good splash of the 2X Iced Barber Shoppe. Have a good Sunday all.

Unless I'm on a strict 30-day Rule, my monthly Focus will vary each week for Shave Den Sunday!

    Hot Shower
    Soap: TSD Unscented
    Brush: Stirling Kong Synthetic
    Razor: Schick Type E2
    Blade: Schick (China) (1)
    TSD Witch Hazel
    TSD Aftershave Milk
    TSD Acqua Di Gio

    2-pass shave.

Just picked this razor up to compare to my Canadian Type E.

First pass, was a bit less reduction than hoped, but had the angle set with the razor flat against my face.

Second pass was just a few degrees off the flat head - made all the difference! The feedback was like Velcro yet very thorough. Result was very smooth and close.

This razor will get a focus in the new year.
    Cheers!

Excellent shave tonight. TSD Coconut has to be my favorite TSD soap and aftershave. Adding a little, ok, a lot make for a very cool:Animatedfrozensmily: comfortable shave. the 38C is just an okay razor IMHO. I bought it so I keep it in my rotation. The 10066 brush has come to life over the last couple of weeks. It is an excellent brush.

Excellent post. Hard to tell, but I have found it difficult to shave around the nose with this type of razor.
    Thanks for your post.

Thanks Doug. I have a lot of trouble above the lips and around the nose. I am getting better but I still have a way to go. I just grab an injector to get those spots.

No you're not alone. I can do a decent job in those areas but I still have to touch up with something else if I want close to a BBS in those areas. I keep getting closer to the goal. Maybe with more practice, I'll master it yet.
