2 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup grated parmesean cheese 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 - 16 oz bag frozen spinach (thawed & drained) 1 - 13 3/4 oz can artichoke hearts (rinsed & drained) 2/3 cup shredded Monteray Jack Cheese In food processor: Mix 1st four ingredients until smooth and creamy Add spinach & process until thoroughly mixed. Add artichokes & process until chunky. Place mixture in small crockery stonware & cook 75-90 minutes until center is hot (I use a small crockpot) Sprinkle with Monteray Jack cheese Serve with crackers, toast, fresh veggies, et al
