As with everything in wetshaving it's a YMMV/subjective thing. Some people don't like them...some people love 'em. You just don't know unless you try. Shouldn't be too impossible to recoup the investment at this price point should the razor not be a good fit - but let's cross our fingers
Now I just have to remember to cancel my subscription once I get the blades - I set it out to be 90 days at least. I think they'll be cheaper from Connaught. We'll see..maybe I get lazy and just get them from OneBlade.
Their "BlackBlade" (same razor but in black will launch this or next week). LE though..and I don't even want to think about what it will cost......
There's no telling. For the past 3 days, I've been hovering over the "Buy It" button on OneBlade.com. The 30% off pushed me over and by luck I found the code today.
There is a general consensus amongst the SE Community is that the Feather SE Blade isn't up to much to put it politely...I would have to concur with this...Most folks get 1 or 2 shaves out of them at most..I personally wouldn't put one near my face...Its interesting that this company chose this blade...They are attempting to jump on the Popular Feather Blade thing on Forums... They have also made a very mild razor I think to get around the Harshness of this blade...This company also knows that the Feather SE blades are only good for about 1 or 2 shaves and call it the One Shave blade/Razor....Very clever of them...They also know that folks outwith the small SE Community will know nothing about this blade and they more than hinted that is was a Special Blade for this Razor which is a Down Right Mis - Intel...I had this one out with them and they denied it & then said " I see what you mean"...Their words not mine... I hope its a Nice Shaver... Billy..
Thanks, Billy. I hope it works out. I prefer an SE as a shaver. So far the Cobra has been my favorite. The vintage handles won't work for me, the injectors are too light and the Mongoose head design was frustrating. So, I keep trying. LOL
Interesting T - Shirt Sir..Napoleon was once asked Why his "Men Fought so Bravely in Battle "....Napoleon Relied..."Boys are Led by their Toys".. Billy..
