I finally got a sanding drum for my dremel so I could widen the notches some for the larger handles to fit. I still have more to go, but wanted to show what the end result should look like with more than just a couple razors in it. This started it's life as a souvenir spoon rack. This one is also the biggest one I've seen and with the largest notches to start with for the spoons....I mean razors. Some of the smaller handle razors fit just fine, ball end Tech's, but the larger handles like the red tip and especially adjustable need a little work. Next, I'll work on my Spice...I mean brush rack.
Beautiful collection and display. I am so OCD that I would have to either have them in order of manufacture or shortest to longest.
Thanks all. I'm still trying to figure which wall would look best for it to hang on. This is definitely NOT my entire collection. I'll eventually pick out the best ones and arrange them by style/type and probably size. Definitely will have some order to it. This was just to see how it will look. Because of the head size, they have to skip every other notch but all rows will be full when complete.
Nice. Is there any room to make the notches a little deeper for "safety". It appears it would be easy to accidently knock one off. Just a thought.
There is a little room to go deeper. The DEs are probably good, but the SEs definitely are hanging on the edge.
Finally hung my razor display. Now that its up, I see where I need to do a little more work. But, here it is. Along with my cabinet of soaps and aftershaves, and the brush rack on the left. Sink/counter and full size mirror is just to the right. Ps,. I searched for about 45 min and can't find the "show off your den" thread, or whatever it was called.

A very nice set-up. Again, excellent re-use of existing material. If so desired a listing of your razors is appreciated. A most impressive collection.
Thank you. I especially like my brush holder. While this is most of my razors, I unfortunately don't have a list made up of them all. I probably should and maybe will work on that one of these days. I tried to put one of each kind/variation up but some still don't fit and I need to work on it more. The sanding drum on my dremel was clogging up way to fast and was more work than I thought. I also didn't put up any of my SEs due to lack of use and needing more work to get them to stay in place better.
