This evening after putting the kids to bed, I sat down to watch TV with the wife and decided I needed exercise instead. So I went to the pool and swam 1km, which is unusual seeing how late it was for me. 10min in the sauna post workout and I feel much better now, and ready for bed!

I take Sunday's off to rest my quads. But Monday thru Saturday I'm hard at it with daily sprints to the mail box to retreve any small boxes.
