What was your workout today?

    This evening after putting the kids to bed, I sat down to watch TV with the wife and decided I needed exercise instead. So I went to the pool and swam 1km, which is unusual seeing how late it was for me. 10min in the sauna post workout and I feel much better now, and ready for bed!

    I've been away from the forums for a while and really have taken the time to focus on my health.

    Today I ran 4.25 miles

    4x8 165lb bench
    3x5 145lb inclined bench
    45 V Ups
    3x8 Tricep dips
    3x5 130lb standing barbell row

    3x10 flat bench press
    3x10 seated decline press
    3x10 seated chest flys
    3x10 cable crossovers
    3x10 bicep curls
    3x10 seated hammer curls
    3x10 seated alternating curls (machine)
    3x10 hyper cable curls
    3x10 seated preacher curls
    3x10 forearm curls
    3x10 calve raises
    Great workout today, hopefully tomorrow will be just as good. :happy088:

    I take Sunday's off to rest my quads. But Monday thru Saturday I'm hard at it with daily sprints to the mail box to retreve any small boxes.

    3x10 Inclined leg press
    3x10 Seated leg raises
    3x10 lying hamstring curls
    3x10 Calve raises
    3x10 Tricep push downs
    3x10 Triceps seated dumbbell presses
    3x10 Pull ups
    Glad legs are done! :)
